Representative Matters

  • Represented the seller of a commercial office building including the defeasance of the existing financing
  • Represented the seller of contaminated vacant ground for a new “big box” purchaser including Act 2 (brownfield) approvals
  • Represented an estate in the orderly sale of numerous properties, including one with environmental contamination which required Act 2 (brownfield) approval
  • Represented the seller of property in a 1031 tax deferred exchange for property to be developed into a multi family project
