Supporting our community partners strengthens the fabric of the firm. Our lawyers and staff are committed to giving back and ready to lend a helping hand.

Community

White and Williams’ lawyers and staff believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We do this through donations of time, effort and other resources to help make a difference. Supporting our community partners strengthens the fabric of the firm. Whether it be volunteering at an animal shelter, coordinating food drives and clothing collections, or running a 5K, we stand ready to lend a hand.

Adopt-a-School Initiative

White and Williams began a school adoption program as a way for the firm to give back to the local community, invest in education and provide a unique opportunity for our lawyers and staff to engage through the investment of time, finances and other resources. What started with one public school in Philadelphia has grown to include schools in the Lehigh Valley and Wilmington.

While the COVID-19 pandemic caused us to pause interaction with our school partners, we look forward to reengaging with them soon!

Doing Good

Eisenberg Elementary School Drive
In part of our Black History Month celebration, White and Williams ran a school drive for Eisenberg Elementary School, which is comprised of 80% Minorities (54% African American). Some of their students are homeless and/or are living in shelters or staying at motels with their families. The school and these families are in desperate need of donations. White and Williams delivered contributions by individual staff and attorneys (which filled nearly an entire office), the firm contributed children's clothes and more than 300 additional household items that were on the school’s need list. We are grateful to have been able to help children and their families in need in our community.
