Meredith Bieber Returns to White and Williams As Real Estate Finance Partner
White and Williams is pleased to announce the return of Meredith Bieber as a Partner in its Philadelphia office. Meredith is an experienced real estate finance lawyer representing clients in the origination and modification of construction and permanent mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments inclusive of loans involving layers of public financing and historic tax credit transactions.
Earlier in her career, Meredith worked as an associate and a Partner in White and Williams’ Real Estate Finance group. She returned to the firm in January as Senior Counsel.
Meredith’s clients include investment funds, insurance companies, and national and regional banks. Meredith assists clients in the financing of many asset classes and structures, including multi-family and mixed-use projects, office, warehouse and industrial buildings, retail developments, condominiums, ground leases, and TIC financings.
Meredith earned her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her BA from George Washington University.
