OVERVIEW
Volodymyr (“Vlod”) Basok represents real estate investors, lenders and developers in a range of commercial real estate transactions. Vlod is skilled in various commercial real estate finance matters including financing major construction and renovation projects, complex syndicated acquisition transactions, affordable housing projects, secured and unsecured credit facilities, reserve and account agreements. He draws on his experience working in-house for an international commercial bank and major insurance company to understand the perspective of his clients and their stakeholders.
Vlod handles all aspects of commercial real estate, from space re-leasing, property management issues and loan modifications, to handling layered syndicated financing transactions and all related documents. He is experienced in resolving complex title issues, drafting and negotiating real estate acquisition and lending documents, co-lender agreements, various loan modifications, construction-related agreements, ground leases and property sale agreements.
Vlod speaks Ukrainian, Russian and Polish.
