Steven Coury Joins White and Williams in New York
White and Williams is pleased to announce the addition of Steven Coury as a Partner in our Westchester, New York and New York City offices. Steven joins the Real Estate and Finance Practice Groups.

Steven’s practice focuses on structured real estate finance and capital market transactions. For over 17 years, he has represented and advised major lending institutions, investors, private equity funds and borrowers with respect to commercial loan originations, workouts and foreclosures as well as secured and unsecured lines of credit, syndication and securitization of loans, and mezzanine lending. Steven’s experience includes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Steven comes to White and Williams from Cassin and Cassin LLP, where he was a partner. Prior to that, he worked in the real estate practice groups at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman, LLP.
