White and Williams is returning this year to co-sponsor DRI's Nursing Home/ALF Litigation Seminar from September 19-20 in Chicago, IL. This yearly seminar brings together defense practitioners and other professionals that are involved in the defense of claims against nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other long-term care providers for two days of programming and networking designed to build and grow your defense practice. White and Williams attorneys Kevin Cottone, Rafael Vergara, Bob Wright and Dana Petrillo will be attending this year.

The 2019 seminar will bring first-hand insights about the current regulatory challenges facing the industry, including an in-depth analysis of the current state of affairs. Attendees will learn, among much more, the new and innovative medical and legal strategies in defending cases, updates on recent nationwide decisions and outcomes and how to manage ethical dilemmas relating to privilege of internal investigations.
