Matt LaMonaca is an associate in the Litigation group. He represents clients in first-party insurance coverage, class actions, and appeals.
Matt is an experienced litigator. Prior to joining the firm, Matt served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office for over six years, where he handled hundreds of criminal appeals and post-conviction claims. Matt represented the Commonwealth in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Superior Court, and Supreme Court.
