Kevin Cottone is an accomplished trial attorney with a practice devoted to defending catastrophic injury cases. Kevin’s focus is representing medical, long-term and personal care providers in professional liability matters as well as companies in toxic tort claims. Kevin has also handled many other cases ranging from product defects to general negligence and constitutional rights.

Kevin has tried numerous jury matters to verdict in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, second chaired many other trials and successfully handled countless other matters at arbitration or mediation. Kevin is also involved in defending class action toxic tort matters throughout the United States and been admitted pro hac vice in West Virginia and California.

Kevin is a frequent speaker to medical students, residents, physicians, nurses and administrators on healthcare litigation and regulatory matters and has also appeared on radio programs discussing litigation and healthcare matters. 

Recognition & Involvement

In 2005 and 2006, Kevin was named in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star," and since 2007, has been selected as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers. Kevin is also AV® Preeminent™ rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
