Brian Gelnett works as an associate in the Subrogation Department and focuses exclusively on workers' compensation subrogation. He represents national workers' compensation carriers and injured workers in complex cases involving product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, slips, trips and falls, worksite accidents, and general negligence. Brian advises his clients with comprehensive analysis and reliable recommendations to ensure that his clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
Brian worked as a full-time law clerk in the Workers' Compensation Subrogation Department at White and Williams for two years while he attended evening classes at the Temple University Beasley School of Law. He also represented criminal defendants who could not afford representation during an internship with the Delaware County Public Defender's Office. Brian interned for Pittsburgh City Councilman R. Daniel Lavelle while he obtained a political science degree at the University of Pittsburgh.
Brian is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood Member of the Order of the Arrow.
