White and Williams LLP Welcomes Five Partners and One Counsel from Jackson & Campbell, P.C.
PHILADELPHIA, Pa.— White and Williams LLP is pleased to announce that five Partners and one Counsel from Jackson & Campbell, P.C. will join the Firm, effective October 1, 2026. The group strengthens White and Williams’ Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice and expands its litigation capabilities for insurers and corporate clients nationwide.
The attorneys joining the Firm are Christopher P. Ferragamo, Daniel J. Lynn, Erin N. McGonagle, Marie L. VanDam and Kristen C. Vine, who join as Partners in the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice, and David L. Kelleher, who joins as Counsel in the Litigation Department.

The team brings substantial experience advising and representing clients in sophisticated insurance coverage disputes, bad faith claims and related litigation. Their arrival deepens the Firm’s bench in complex coverage matters and enhances its ability to provide coordinated representation across jurisdictions.
Christopher P. Ferragamo, who served as President of Jackson & Campbell, focuses his practice on insurance coverage and related litigation, representing insurers in complex disputes involving policy interpretation, claims handling and coverage obligations. He earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
Daniel J. Lynn represents insurance industry clients in coverage matters, alternative dispute resolution and litigation, advising on complex claims and coverage strategy across a range of insurance disputes. He earned his J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
Erin N. McGonagle counsels and represents insurers in environmental, toxic tort, and commercial coverage disputes and related litigation, with experience analyzing complex, high-value claims and serving as lead counsel in contested insurance matters. She earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Marie L. VanDam, who chaired Jackson & Campbell’s Insurance Coverage Group, advises and represents insurers in a variety of complex coverage matters and related litigation, adding leadership experience and depth to the Firm’s national insurance platform. She also represents and advises corporations in asbestos matters nationwide. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
Kristen C. Vine represents insurers in a range of complex coverage disputes and litigation matters, assisting clients with policy analysis and coverage strategy. She earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
David L. Kelleher has more than 40 years of experience representing businesses in litigation and counseling matters. His addition strengthens the Firm’s product liability and product safety capabilities, as well as its broader litigation platform. He earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
