White and Williams Announces Lawyer Promotions, Four Attorneys Promoted to Partner and One Attorney Promoted to Counsel

PHILADELPHIA -- White and Williams LLP is very pleased to announce the promotion of the following attorneys: Michael J. Ciamaichelo, Russell P. Lieberman, Tanya A. Salgado and Brett N. Tishler, who have become members of the firm’s partnership. All four attorneys are promoted from counsel to partner. The firm has also promoted Zachery B. Roth from associate to counsel. The partnership concluded in elevating these attorneys that each have made significant contributions to the firm and their respective practices.

Michael J. Ciamaichelo practices out of the Philadelphia office in the field of subrogation, where he represents clients on matters related to property losses primarily involving fire, explosions, structural collapses, water damage, defective products and construction defects. Michael has been with the firm for his entire legal career, after earning his J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

Russell P. Lieberman practices out of the Philadelphia office and is a member of the healthcare practice. Russell defends doctors, physicians’ assistants, nurses and hospitals against professional liability claims, as well as general liability matters. Russ also serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program. He joined the firm after his first year as an attorney, following his J.D. from the Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

Tanya A. Salgado practices out of the Philadelphia office and focuses on employment law, education law and commercial litigation. She focuses on defending businesses and non-profits in federal and state court in cases involving allegations of discrimination, as well as claims alleging sexual harassment, FMLA and wage and hour violations and wrongful discharge. Tanya has been at White and Williams for her entire legal career and earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.

Brett N. Tishler practices out of the Philadelphia office and focuses exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation subrogation throughout the United States. He represents a variety of major insurance carriers and individual claimants to secure recoveries in cases involving complex product liability, negligence, construction accidents, and premises liability litigation. Brett has been with the firm for over 14 years and earned his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.

Zachery B. Roth practices out of the Philadelphia office and advises clients in the technology, gaming, advertising and financial services industries on legislative and regulatory issues. Zach has experience assisting technology and gaming clients in navigating the complex, rapidly developing body of laws and regulations governing online sports betting, i-gaming and daily fantasy sports. Zach has been an attorney at White and Williams for over seven years and earned his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
