OVERVIEW
Patrick is a skilled civil litigator with extensive experience representing clients in complex disputes across state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and additional jurisdictions on a pro hac vice basis, including Montana and Washington, as well as in AAA and JAMS proceedings. He has significant experience first-chairing bench trials and arbitrations; preparing clients for trials, hearings, and depositions; taking and defending depositions; managing all phases of discovery; and working closely with clients throughout the litigation lifecycle.
Before joining White and Williams, LLP, Patrick worked as a litigation attorney at a full-service law firm located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. There, he handled civil matters across the country at the state and federal levels from inception to close, along with numerous appeals in the appellate courts of Pennsylvania and New York. Before entering private practice, Patrick served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Shelley Robins New and as a Judicial Fellow to the Honorable Daniel J. Anders in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
While in law school, Patrick served as a legal intern to the Honorable Anthony H. Williams in the Pennsylvania State Senate, and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Daniel J. Anders in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick's experience included:
- Represented Plaintiff-owner of real property in a matter concerning breaches of a lease agreement. On Plaintiffs’ First and Second Motions for Partial Summary Judgment, the Court entered two orders, granting summary judgment against Defendants, and on the bases of those orders entered final judgment against Defendants for an amount exceeding $400,000.00.
- Represented Defendant-freight forwarding company in a matter involving alleged breaches of contract. On Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Complaint or, Alternatively, to Transfer Venue, the Court dismissed Plaintiff’s Complaint.
- Represented Plaintiff/Appellee-provider of infrastructure for an automated trading platform in three appeals concerning breaches of contract and fraudulent conveyances/voidable transactions. On Plaintiff’s/Appellee’s Brief in Opposition to Defendants’/Appellants’ Brief in Support of their Appeals, the Court affirmed the trial court’s order striking Defendants’/Appellees’ pleadings and entering summary judgment against them.
- In the Court of Common Pleas of New York County, New York, represented Plaintiff-provider of infrastructure for an automated trading platform in a matter concerning breaches of contract and fraudulent conveyances/voidable transactions. On Plaintiff’s Motion for Sanctions, the Court struck Defendants’ pleadings and entered default judgment against all Defendants as to liability.
- Represented Defendant-limited liability company, against which Plaintiff-foreign bank had obtained a judgment in an amount exceeding $3,200,000.00 On Defendant’s Motion to Vacate Judgment pursuant to Nevada Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b)(4) and (6), the Court vacated the judgment against Defendant.
- Represented Defendant-daycare provider in a dispute over alleged breaches of a lease agreement, based upon which Plaintiff-landlord had obtained a confessed judgment against Defendant in an amount exceeding $820,000.00. On Defendants’ Petition to Strike Plaintiff’s Complaint in Confession of Judgment, the Court struck Plaintiff’s Complaint and vacated the judgment against Defendant.
