Mark Nakahara handles a variety of cases arising from commercial disputes, including matters involving insurance, construction and professional negligence. He is committed to developing strong relationships with clients and providing the best representation possible.
Prior to law school, Mark taught all levels of Latin and Ancient Greek at Scranton Preparatory School in Scranton, PA. He also served on the staff of the Santa Susana Archaeological Program, helping to oversee the excavation of a Roman villa in rural Portugal.
Recognition & Involvement
While in law school, Mark served as the Research Editor for Penn Law’s Journal of International Law and as a Senior Editor for The Regulatory Review. He also participated in the Keedy Cup – Penn Law’s intramural moot court competition.
Mark also taught Constitutional Law to Philadelphia high school students with Penn Law’s Youth Education Program. In addition, he prepared these students for a moot court competition held at the law school each year and served as the program’s academic director.
