White and Williams LLP Welcomes New Healthcare Partners

White and Williams LLP is pleased to announce the addition of two Partners to its Healthcare Practice Group. The Firm welcomes Kyle N. Thompson and Kristy M. Castagna, both of whom have joined the Firm’s Healthcare Practice within the Litigation Department. They will reside in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Office.

Kyle N. Thompson focuses his practice on representing physicians, healthcare groups and hospitals. With over 26 years of experience, Kyle is a seasoned defense counsel who has conducted over 100 malpractice trials throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania. His practice reflects a deep understanding of both the legal and operational challenges faced by healthcare providers. Kyle earned his J.D. from the Widener University Delaware Law School.

Kristy M. Castagna is an experienced trial attorney and represents both healthcare practitioners and organizations in the defense of claims involving professional negligence, informed consent, corporate negligence, premises liability and licensing issues. Kristy has over 18 years of litigation experience and earned her J.D. from the Widener University Delaware Law School.
