“We are delighted to announce that Adam and Dan will serve as Co-Chairs of one of the Firm’s strongest practice areas,” said Tim Davis, Managing Partner of the Firm. “Both Adam and Dan are talented attorneys whose depth of experience and industry knowledge will ensure the continued advancement and success of this practice.” Davis further noted, “We extend our sincere appreciation to Bob Walsh for his exemplary leadership as Chair. Under Bob’s stewardship, the practice experienced substantial growth and strengthened its position as a cornerstone of the Firm.”

Adam Berardi has over 18 years of experience serving major national and international insurance companies in coverage disputes and complex commercial litigation around the country. Daniel Bryer has over 20 years of experience advising insurers on coverage issues and litigating complex insurance coverage disputes. His practice focuses on general liability, Bermuda form and professional liability insurance policies. Dan has advised clients on claims involving opioids and other pharmaceutical products, baby and toddler food products, construction defects and catastrophic injuries. His litigation practice focuses on insurance coverage matters in state and federal court. Dan is a member of the firm’s Insurance and Women’s Initiative committees. Among his professional affiliations, Dan is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, a DRI member and a former member of the New York City Bar Association’s Insurance Law Committee. He also dedicates extensive time to mentoring newer attorneys.

“I am proud of the accomplishments we have made as a practice group in my time with the firm. We have grown our New York City and Northern New Jersey presence significantly, adding key partners and a deep bench of insurance coverage attorneys. While we represent clients in matters of national exposure, we are proud to offer clients premium representation from a geographic footprint spanning New England to Maryland. Bob Walsh was instrumental in getting the group to this point and I look forward to working with Adam as we look to bring the group to new heights,” commented Dan Bryer.

“Having started my career at the firm as a summer associate, it is truly an honor to now serve as Co-Chair of this important practice group,” commented Adam Berardi. “Building on the strong foundation established by Bob Walsh and his predecessors, I look forward to continuing our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Together with Dan, we will drive innovation, foster collaboration, and uphold the highest standards of service excellence for our clients.”
