White and Williams Subrogation Partners Presenting “First Party Adjusters and Subrogation” at Live Burn Event

White and Williams LLP partners Matt Ferrie and Gus Sara will present “First Party Adjusters and Subrogation,” at a Live Burn Training event, offering insight into first‑party property claims, fire investigations, and subrogation issues faced by insurers and counsel. Their presentation is at 9:10 a.m. and will be followed by a live burn demonstration at 10:20 a.m. presented by George Codding of NEFCO Fire Investigations.

White and Williams LLP is a co‑host of this Live Burn Training Event that will take place at the HACC Public Safety Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The three‑hour program is designed for legal and insurance professionals and blends substantive legal discussion with hands‑on experience to provide a multidisciplinary perspective on fire loss investigations and related legal issues. Attendees are eligible to earn three continuing education (CE) credits. Other co‑hosts include Allen Restoration, NEFCO Fire Investigations, The Institute of Fire Science, Penn National Insurance, TeamOne and Catale Temporary Housing.
