Patricia Santelle, Partner, Chair Emeritus/Former Managing Partner, and Chair, Executive Committee, will be presenting on a panel at the 2023 Philadelphia Bar Association Bench Bar & Annual Conference on the topic of Productivity Architects: Unlocking Potential and Redefining Success in the Hybrid Era. Taking place at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey from September 22-23, 2023, this year's conference will include over 300 attendees and features over 24 sessions on a number of substantive topics.

Hosted by the Young Lawyers Division, the Large Law Firm  Committee, and the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia the panel will be moderated by Jahlee J. Hatchett, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, and President, Barristers' Association of Philadelphia (2022-2023). Other panelists include Antima G. Chakraborty, Cipriani & Werner;  and Andre J. Webb, Partner, German, Gallagher & Murtagh. The panel will address the path to success in the legal professional while practicing in the hybrid era including post-pandemic productivity, communication, advancement and practice success for attorneys.

Patricia Santelle is recognized by her clients and peers as a leading attorney in the field of complex insurance coverage, having devoted more than 30 years to the representation of insurance company clients. She is also a leader in the legal and business community, having served as the first female chair of a major law firm in Philadelphia and devoting her time and support to a number of business, community, law school and pro bono/volunteer initiatives in the region.
