The Insurance Industry Team invites you to join members of our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group for our final session in a series addressing class actions. Class actions claims can raise some unique and complex insurance coverage challenges.

In our third class-action webinar series, we will conclude our discussion of special coverage considerations when an insured is sued as part of class action. This discussion will include unique considerations of what is an “occurrence” under the policy and strategies for limiting defense costs. Also in this final session, we will look at class actions filed on behalf of insureds seeking insurance coverage for a similar loss. Specifically, we will take a close look at how the courts handled the putative COVID-19 class-action lawsuits for business-interruption coverage.
