Matt Ferrie, Partner in the Subrogation Practice Group, will present “A Matter of Trust – The Reliability of Witness Statements and Circumstantial Evidence,” at the 2026 National Association of Subrogation (NASP) Professionals Spring Conference in Point Clear, Alabama, on March 19, 2026 at 4 PM.

The discussion will focus on the credibility of witness statements and the role of circumstantial evidence. Presenters will share their perspectives to help the audience better understand and evaluate how witness accounts and circumstantial evidence factor into subrogation cases.
