32nd Annual Conference of the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI)

Patti Santelle, Chair Emeritus/Former Managing Partner, will speak at the 32nd Annual Conference of the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI), on Friday, September 25^th from 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M. at the Union League Club of Chicago.

This annual world-class conference event shares a wealth of news and information on the ever-changing landscape of pollution, environmental regulations and toxic torts. This year, Patti will present, "Coverage Update For 2026," a discussion of recent rulings and pending cases affecting coverage for environmental and mass tort claims, emerging issues in coverage disputes involving new risks, and significant bankruptcy decisions affecting insurers in mass tort matters.
