OVERVIEW

Zachary Bailey is an Associate in the Healthcare and Litigation Practices Groups.

During law school, Zach accrued research, writing, and judicial experience at both federal and state level, as well as trial and appellate, levels of litigation. Zach interned for the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Stella M. Tsai of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. He also had the privilege of interning for one year for the Honorable L. Felipe Restrepo of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Zach served as Lead Research Editor for the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal, wherein his comment on international trade law was also published.

Upon graduation, Zach served as an appellate attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, handling appellate litigation and appreciating the subtle role it plays at the trial level. Zach most recently spent the last year complimenting this experience by clerking for the Honorable Christine L. Stetson of the Eastern District of Texas, where he managed the civil docket by drafting orders of myriad legal issues.
