OVERVIEW
James (Jim) Carlon is a Partner in the Real Estate and Finance Practice Group focusing on commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. He represents developers in construction and permanent financing, acquisitions, sales and other sophisticated transactions, as well as commercial real estate owners and tenants in lease transactions. Jim also has years of experience helping clients with diverse commercial real estate asset transactions, such as office developments, retail property and apartment complexes.

Represented international reinsurance company in over 200,000 square feet of leasing transactions for a trophy asset in Fairfield County, CT

Served as national leasing counsel to an international perfume manufacturer and retailer

Represented purchaser on the $15,000,000 acquisition of a multi-tenant office building in Stamford, CT
