OVERVIEW

Florence Hulbert is an Associate in White and Williams LLP's Litigation Department. She represents clients in a variety of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, assisting businesses through all stages of the dispute resolution process. Her practice includes legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

Florence is dedicated to understanding her clients' objectives and providing practical, strategic solutions to help them navigate legal challenges efficiently and effectively. She approaches each matter with a thoughtful, detail-oriented perspective and is committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

Prior to joining the firm, Florence served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Joseph L. Marczyk, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. In addition, she served as a Judicial Intern with The Honorable Paula T. Dow, Superior Court of New Jersey.

Florence is a graduate of Rutgers Law School-Camden, where she developed experience in litigation, legal writing, and advocacy. During law school, she gained practical experience through internships and other experiential learning opportunities that strengthened her analytical and advocacy skills. In addition, she served as Editor and Senior Staff Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy.
