OVERVIEW
Benjamin S. Albert Halevy is an Associate in the Litigation Department of the Firm. He represents clients in a variety of legal matters and works closely with attorneys across the Firm to provide strategic and practical solutions to complex legal challenges. His practice includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, assisting with discovery, analyzing legal issues, and supporting clients throughout all phases of litigation and dispute resolution.
Benjamin is dedicated to delivering responsive, client-focused service and approaches each matter with diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes. He collaborates with clients and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies tailored to each client's unique objectives and business needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Benjamin served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Presiding Judge Jessica R. Mayer, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Benjamin is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Minnesota Law Review.
