Craig O’Neill has a broad range of experience in complex insurance coverage, bad faith and general commercial litigation. During his 15-plus year career, he has successfully represented insurers in complex coverage litigation involving environmental pollution, asbestos and other hazardous substances, as well as construction defect claims. He frequently advises insurance company clients on coverage issues under general liability policies and other lines of coverage.

Craig also has significant experience handling construction litigation matters on behalf of general contractors, subcontractors, and architectural and engineering firms. He has also represented insurance and surety companies in a wide array of construction-related matters. His broad litigation experience helps him to examine and understand issues from multiple vantage points.

Prior to joining the firm, Craig was with a regional law firm where he gained valuable experience handling commercial litigation and professional liability matters on behalf of architects, engineers and equipment suppliers. Craig’s practice now focuses primarily on complex insurance coverage, surety and other commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, private arbitrations and mediations.
