White and Williams Wilmington Office Moves to New Location

2.13.17

We are pleased to announce the expansion and relocation of our Wilmington, Delaware office on February 13, 2017. The new office will allow the firm to continue to service clients while expanding its presence in the First State. The firm remains in the downtown business district of the city, where it has maintained an office for more than 25 years, in close proximity to the state and federal courts.

White and Williams’ Wilmington office will occupy 11,050 square feet with office space for 18 lawyers at Courthouse Square, which is located at 600 N. King Street. John Balaguer, Office Managing Partner, leads a group that includes twelve full-time resident attorneys.

“The relocation and expansion of our Wilmington office allows us to maintain and grow a vital location that serves many of our clients,” said Patricia Santelle, Managing Partner and Chair of the Executive Committee.

In Delaware, White and Williams litigators represent Fortune 100 corporations in asbestos, toxic tort and other product liability matters; support strong regional healthcare and employment litigation practices; evaluate insurance coverage issues and litigate insurance coverage disputes for national, global and regional insurers; and serve as Delaware counsel working with lawyers around the country in complex litigation.

White and Williams business attorneys also provide a broad base of services in Delaware, including guidance and representation of multi-national corporations, regional banking institutions and emerging, growth-oriented businesses in sophisticated corporate transactions, as well as commercial debtors, creditors, landlords, equipment lessors, insurers, and financial institutions in reorganization and liquidation proceedings, as well as out-of-court workouts and loan modifications.

For over 115 years, White and Williams has delivered high quality legal work based on the core values of excellence, creativity and commitment. These values have been the foundation that led the firm to success as a multi-practice provider of sophisticated legal services. The expansion of the Wilmington office reinforces the firm’s presence throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with ten locations from Delaware to Boston.

Throughout the search process for the appropriate space to foster growth and accessibility, White and Williams utilized the services of CB Richard Ellis and Rob Cellucci from Tactix.
