On November 5-6, 2021, Nancy Conrad presented at the PBA Commission on Women in the Profession Fall Retreat. She presented in two panels on the topic Practicing Law in the Pandemic. The discussion centered on the impact of the pandemic on women lawyers and women lawyers of color. Following additional programs, Nancy along with her WIP colleagues participated in the WIP public service project. WIP members met with students from the Milton Hershey School to present on and discuss leadership and paths to success.
