Patti Santelle Comments on Law Firm Management in the Post-Recession Climate
Law firms have had to readjust their economic models to deal with the new reality of the post-recession business climate. Last year was a tough one for many of Philadelphia's largest firms. Jeff Blumenthal of the Philadelphia Business Journal asked managing partners from four of the region's largest firms: What is the number 1 thing pertaining to managing your firm that keeps you up at night?
Patti Santelle responded -
"Retaining clients and the talent essential to support them, without losing our firm's unique culture. Competition is fierce and clients have many options for legal services. Providing excellent client service at a fair price is paramount and requires critical support and thoughtful growth without sacrificing the importance of firm culture."
