Nancy Conrad named by Lehigh Valley Business as an inaugural 2026 Leader in Law Award Honoree

Nancy Conrad, Partner and Chair of the Higher Education Group, was recently named by Lehigh Valley Business as an inaugural 2026 Leader in Law Award Honoree for the category of "Lifetime Achievement."

This award recognizes dedicated individuals whose leadership, both in the legal profession and in the community, has had a positive impact on Lehigh Valley. Recipients of these awards demonstrate outstanding achievements, involvement in their profession and support of the community. Nancy was recognized for her leadership in Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Bar Association of Lehigh County, White and Williams LLP, as well as her position as board member on The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Nancy Conrad is widely regarded as one of Pennsylvania's most respected legal and business leaders. She currently chairs White and Williams LLP's Higher Education Practice Group and serves on The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. As former President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bar Association of Lehigh County, Nancy has dedicated significant time to professional leadership and service, including serving on the PBA Board of Governors, the BALC Board of Directors and chairing numerous committees that have advanced the legal profession across the Commonwealth.

With more than 25 years of experience, Nancy represents businesses, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations in a wide range of workplace and employment matters. She is recognized for her work with colleges, universities, and schools, advising and representing clients on matters involving faculty, staff, and students. In recognition of her leadership, Nancy was named to Lehigh Valley Business's 2026 LVB 300 List of Top Business Leaders and the publication's Power List in Law each year from 2022 through 2025. She has also received several honors from the PBA, including the PBA President's Award in 2021.
