Nancy Conrad Weighs in on Effective Sexual Harassment Training

The long list of high profile sexual harassment allegation cases continues to grow. Sexual harassment claims are above-the-fold newspaper stories almost every day. Time magazine named the #MeToo movement the Person of the Year. Whether this signifies a cultural sea change is not yet known, but the issue is taking on renewed significance as an employment issue, and labor and employment lawyers are watching closely.

Nancy Conrad, Chair of the Labor and Employment Group, weighed in on the issue in the January 1, 2018 issue of the Pennsylvania Bar News, published by the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Nancy is the immediate past chair of the PBA Labor and Employment Law section.
