Nancy Conrad Appointed to The Disciplinary Board of The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
White and Williams LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Nancy Conrad, Partner and Chair of the Higher Education Practice Group to The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Her six-year term as a member of the Board began on April 1, 2026.
Nancy Conrad is a renowned leader in the Pennsylvania legal community – she is the Immediate Past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a Past President of the Lehigh County Bar Association. She currently serves on the PBA Civil Litigation Section Council, PBA Labor & Employment Section Council, and the PBA WIP Council as well as the Executive Council of the National Conference of Bar Presidents and is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
In addition to being the current Chair of the White and Williams LLP Higher Education Group, Nancy is also an active member of several Firm Committees and is a certified Level 2 Civil Rights Investigator, and Title IX Hearing Officer.
Throughout her career Nancy has received several notable awards, including the 2021 PBA “President’s Award,” for her leadership with the PBA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team, the “Anne X. Alpern Award,” in 2019 during the PBA's Commission on Women in the Profession's 26th Annual Conference, the "Athena Award," from the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2006, and the "Take the Lead Award," from the Girl Scouts of America in 2009, to name a few. Nancy has been named on the Lehigh Valley Business Journal’s Power in Law List from 2022-2025 and is among The Best Lawyers in America® 2021, 2022 and 2024 in the field of Litigation - Labor and Employment.
By serving on the Disciplinary Board, Nancy will support its mission of protecting the public, maintaining a high standard of integrity in the legal profession, and safeguarding the reputation of the courts of Pennsylvania.

The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania was created March 21, 1972, by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as a means to regulate attorney conduct by utilizing inherent and exclusive power over the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Disciplinary Board consists of 12 members appointed by the Supreme Court and had a mission of protecting the public, maintaining the integrity of the legal profession, and safeguarding the reputation of the courts.
