Santelle, Chair Emeritus, White and Williams LLP, will moderate a panel at the Philadelphia Bar Association's 2026 Bench-Bar & Annual Conference,"1776-2026: The Fight for Justice Continues," taking place September 17-18, 2026, in Philadelphia. The conference brings together judges, attorneys, and legal professionals to examine critical issues impacting the legal profession and justice system.
On Friday, September 18, Patricia will moderate a panel of judges and leading lawyers on : “Bridging Generational Gaps in the Legal Profession: Effective Communication, Courtroom Decorum, Mentoring, and Maintaining Culture,” from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Hosted by the Young Lawyers Division, the State Civil Litigation Section, and the Large Firm Management Committee, this CLE program will explore the challenges and opportunities created by the unprecedented presence of four generations of attorneys working together in today's legal profession.
The panel will examine communication styles, courtroom professionalism, mentoring, skills development, workplace culture, and the impact of technology across generations. Attendees will gain practical insights from judges, experienced practitioners, and in-house counsel on fostering effective collaboration, preserving professional standards, and strengthening future generations of legal talent.
As Chair Emeritus of White and Williams and the firm's former Managing Partner and Chair of the Executive Committee, Patricia brings a unique leadership perspective to the discussion, drawing on decades of experience guiding lawyers and organizations through change.
