At the 2021 Pennsylvania Bar Association's (PBA) annual Midyear Meeting, Nancy Conrad presents on the panel "The Impact of the 2019-20 Term of the Supreme Court of the United States on Federal Practice." Honorable D. Michael Fisher, Senior Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Chair of the PBA's Federal Practice Committee, moderates the discussion which reviews the decisions issued by the U.S. Supreme Court that most impact federal practice. The program includes a look ahead to the cases to be addressed by the Court in the 2021. Judge Fisher and Nancy are joined on the panel by:

  • Hon. Juan R. Sánchez, Chief Judge | U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania;
