Tanya Salgado, Partner, and Laura Corvo, Counsel, of the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group, will present as speakers for a virtual CLE course titled, “The DEI Dilemma: Mitigating the Legal Risks for Private Sector Employers and Federal Contractors,” on November 5, from 10 A.M. – 11 A.M.

This course will cover topics such as the impact of the EOs/AG’s memo/EEOC guidance on recruiting practices, uptick in reverse race discrimination claims and issues for recipients of federal funding (federal contractors and those who receive federal grants).
