Their presentation entitled "Finding the Sweet Spot…What Do You Do When the Claim is Not Finalized" is scheduled for Friday, March 22, 2024. Attendees will learn what subrogation advocates can do during the claims adjustment to preserve subrogation even if finalizing the claims adjudgment is delayed. The presentation will include a discussion of best practices for subrogation professionals during this period  to maximize efficient resolution of the subrogation claim.
