Chris Konzelmann and Gus Sara present “Opinion to Trial” at IAAI International Training Conference
Chris Konzelmann, Chair of the White and Williams LLP Subrogation Department and CI, and Gus Sara, Partner, in the White and Williams LLP Subrogation Practice Group will present “Opinion to Trial,” as part of the Insurance Track at the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) International Training Conference (ITC) in St. Louis, Missouri on April 30, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This program explores the critical transition from fire scene analysis to courtroom testimony, providing a practical roadmap for how investigative findings are evaluated, challenged, and potentially presented during litigation. Drawing on extensive experience in fire investigations and subrogation litigation, Chris and Gus will demonstrate how to ensure expert opinions are both defensible and effective when supporting insurers’ recovery efforts.
