OVERVIEW
Simone is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department, Gaming, and Technology Groups.
Simone advises national and international clients on complex commercial disputes and in areas of rapidly changing regulatory schemes. She performs 50-state surveys on legislative and regulatory issues on a variety of topics, including advertising law and professional/trade licensing.
Before law school, Simone practiced as a licensed nurse practitioner in bone marrow transplants. She regularly applies her skills in risk assessment and prioritizing data to her legal practice advising companies in the gaming, IP and technology, and commercial spaces. She takes pride in bringing her depth of knowledge of healthcare and biomedical regulatory compliance to her daily work.
While in law school, Simone served as Executive Articles Editor of the Drexel Law Review. She was a proud member of OutLaw, Black Law Students’ Society, and the President of Drexel’s Health Law Society.
Some of Simone's interests include art history and provenance. When not practicing law, you can find Simone on her track bike after years of competitive cycling.
