OVERVIEW
Morgan Birch focuses her practice on representing clients in commercial litigation matters and complex business disputes. An experienced advocate, Morgan has handled a broad range of matters in federal and state court for regional and national clients. Her diverse practice includes a wide variety of business litigation matters, including those involving breach of contract, fraud and other business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, employment disputes, intellectual property and life science litigation, and matters involving wrongful use of civil proceedings.
Morgan routinely advises clients and provides guidance on issues surrounding e-discovery collection and management. She has wide-ranging experience supervising and conducting large-scale document analysis and production in high-exposure litigation in state and federal court.
Before becoming an attorney, Morgan served as a Special Assistant to the Office of the Mayor for the City of Philadelphia.

While in law school, Morgan was selected as a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Law Fellow, which afforded her the opportunity to teach constitutional law and appellate advocacy to students at a local Philadelphia high school.
