Gudio Antolini is an Associate in the Business Department. He helps companies and investors navigate cross-border transactions, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance challenges. With qualifications in both New York and Argentina and extensive experience working with multinational clients, Guido offers practical guidance that bridges legal systems and business cultures. Guido advises U.S. and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, finance transactions, REIT structuring, and day-to-day governance matters. He has worked with businesses across the technology, logistics, energy, real estate, and investment sectors, and he regularly assists clients entering or expanding operations in the United States or Latin America.
Before joining the firm, Guido practiced at Allende & Brea in Buenos Aires, where he led the firm’s Corporate Governance Department. He managed multidisciplinary teams, oversaw complex corporate restructurings, and supported clients with regulatory filings, due diligence, and a wide range of transactional matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
