OVERVIEW

Farzana Yeager represents a variety of clients ranging from corporations, commercial entities and insurance companies in commercial litigation matters and complex business disputes. An experienced advocate, Farzana has handled a variety of matters in federal and state court.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Farzana represented institutional investors in complex class action litigation brought under federal securities laws. She is also an experienced appellate litigator, having begun her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Appeals Unit.

Recognition & Involvement

During her time in law school, Farzana served as co-chair of Villanova University’s National Trial Team and as a member of the Moot Court Board. Farzana was also a Teaching Assistant for Advanced Trial Advocacy and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers’ Student Advocacy Award upon graduation. She is currently an adjunct faculty member with Villanova University School of Law’s trial advocacy program.
