Dan and his team work closely with a wide range of expert witnesses including neurologists, neuropsychologists, orthopedic surgeons, pain management doctors, plastic surgeons, vocational rehabilitation experts, economists, engineers, architects and others to thoroughly develop their clients' cases from both a damages and liability perspective.

Over the past few years Dan and his team have obtained multi-million dollar recoveries for their clients in medical malpractice cases, products liability cases, motor vehicle accident cases and industrial accidents.

All personal injury cases are handled on a contingent fee basis. There is never any charge to the client. Dan is available for telephone or face-to-face consultations.

Dan is the co-author of the book “I Thought This Thing Was Safe: An Essential Guide for Consumers Injured by Household Products.” Dan co-wrote this book with Alison Russell in early 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic “lockdown.” The book provides comprehensive consumer-focused information on topics such as what makes a product unsafe, why people get hurt by products even when they are being careful, what elements make for a successful products liability lawsuit, and what consumers can expect if they decide they may want to pursue a legal case against a product manufacturer or seller.

The book draws on Dan’s decades of experience representing injured consumers in cases against some of the largest manufacturers and retailers in the world. The book is available on Amazon. You can contact Dan directly to request a complimentary copy of the book.

During law school, Dan served as Editor of the Villanova Law Review.
