OVERVIEW

Dale Roeck is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group. Before joining the firm, Dale was a legal extern in the Office of General Counsel at The Pennsylvania State University, where he researched a variety of cutting-edge developments in higher education law and increasingly contributed advice in matters involving First Amendment concerns. Dale also interned at a medical device company, where he analyzed regulations concerning medical device labeling and drafted contract provisions, amendments, and templates.

Recognition & Involvement

At Penn State Law, Dale was the managing editor of the Penn State Law Review. Additionally, he gave lectures on outlining techniques and Bluebook citation as a teaching assistant for a course that introduced international LL.M. students to the American legal system.

Dale was also involved in the law school community as President of the Mindfulness in Law Society, as Notarius of the John Reed Inn of Phi Delta Phi, and as a 2L Justice for the Student Bar Association. In his third year of law school, Dale contributed to the broader graduate student community at Penn State by serving in the Graduate and Professional Student Association as a Delegate from the law school and as Chair of the Internal Development Committee.

Before law school, Dale was an accomplished musician and music educator.
