Bansari Patel

Bansari Patel is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation practice with the Firm. She works with clients across a range of legal matters, providing practical guidance and strategic support to help them navigate complex challenges. Her practice includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, analyzing legal issues, and assisting clients through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution.

Bansari is committed to delivering responsive, client-focused service and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every engagement. She works collaboratively with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies tailored to each client's objectives and business needs.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Bansari gained valuable experience through legal internships and academic opportunities that strengthened her analytical, writing, and advocacy skills. Also, during law school she served as a law clerk in the Federal Litigation and Appeals clinic where she gained first-hand experience in representing clients as well as drafting and filings. These experiences exposed her to a variety of legal issues and reinforced her dedication to providing high-quality legal representation.
