Andrew Patrick

Andrew Patrick is an Associate in the Subrogation Department. He focuses his practice on investigating and pursuing residential and commercial property damage claims on behalf of insurers, including losses arising from fires, water damage, construction defects, product failures, and other complex losses.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Andrew spent more than a decade in civil defense litigation. He represented clients in matters involving product liability, premises liability, construction, transportation, and property damage. His defense experience provides a practical perspective in evaluating liability, identifying potential recovery targets, and developing subrogation strategy.
