OVERVIEW
Prior to joining White and Williams LLP, Nedhi served as a subrogation attorney at a national law firm where she managed a high-volume subrogation caseload and successfully handled matters involving significant exposure. Her practice area focuses on investigating developing and advancing recovery strategies in matters arising from fire water and catastrophic property losses as well as complex product liability claims.
Nedhi is experienced in analyzing liability coordinating with experts and navigating multi-party claims to maximize recovery outcomes. She has successfully handled matters from initial investigation through resolution leveraging both litigation and pre-litigation strategies to achieve efficient and favorable results for her clients.
Nedhi’s legal background also includes experience as a Law & Policy Consultant assisting organizations community partners and healthcare workers with a broad range of legal issues including housing family law immigration public and insurance benefits and employment rights. In this role Nedhi provided several trainings and seminars in person and online to doctors students community members and health and government related organizations regarding legal rights across different areas of law.
Earlier in her career Nedhi practiced family law representing clients in custody divorce and restraining order matters where she developed a strong foundation in litigation and client advocacy.

Nedhi has been recognized for her professional excellence and contributions to the legal field, including being named a Massachusetts Rising Star by Super Lawyers in years 2025 and 2026. She is an active speaker and thought leader in the legal community, having participated on collegiate and law school panels and legal podcasts focused on women in leadership, first generation lawyers, the legal profession, and interdisciplinary advocacy.
