Gregory T. LoCasale Partner

For more than 20 years, Greg LoCasale has counseled and represented major property and casualty insurance companies in litigation in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings nationwide. Through negotiation, mediation and litigation, he has favorably resolved many multi-million dollar insurance coverage disputes for his clients arising out of environmental, asbestos, toxic tort and other long term exposure claims.  Greg also frequently advises clients on coverage issues, claim handling matters and claims investigation. 

While in law school, Greg served as a member of the Law Review. 

Representative Matters

• Successfully argued before Superior Court of Pennsylvania in a case of first impression in Pennsylvania to defeat a policyholder appeal concerning the effect and application of a 30-day policy extension  
• Favorably resolved claims against multiple insurance companies in numerous mass tort bankruptcies
• Represents multiple insurance companies in litigation concerning regulatory issues and the scope of asbestos exclusions
