  • Andrew I. Hamelsky served as a panelist for a webcast titled, "Hot Topic - Residually Disabled or Totally Disabled, That is the Question." The webcast was presented by DRI's Life, Health and Disability Committee and discussed topics to help litigators and in-house counsel understand the two-headed residual/total disability claim.
