OVERVIEW

Carson Easterling is an associate in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, Carson served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where she handled preliminary hearings, trials, pre-trial motions, and post-sentence matters. While in law school, Carson was a summer clerk for the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance at the U.S. Department of Commerce where she completed briefs and memorandums in support of litigation before the Court of International Trade.

Carson is a proud graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law where she was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review. Additionally, she served as President for the Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition and as Career and Professional Development Director for the Public Interest Law Organization.
