Siobhan Cole represents individuals and commercial clients in a variety of complex areas arising from business disputes. She has worked on numerous defamation cases, including those involving public figures, the media and the First Amendment.
Siobhan previously worked as a mediator in the Philadelphia Court System and uses the creative persuasion and problem-solving skills she gained in that position to effectively negotiate with parties and counsel on behalf of clients.
While in law school, Siobhan was an editor and executive board member of the Journal of Business Law.
- NKS Distributors, Inc., v. Christopher J. Tigani; aided representation of large family-owned corporation through a complex and public struggle for control of the company, including a 15-day trial in the Delaware Court of Chancery
Recognition & Involvement
Siobhan is a supporter of multiple charities working to provide educational opportunities for children in the United States and South America. From 2012-2014, Siobhan was named a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" by Law and Politics magazine.
