Brett N. Tishler Associate

Brett Tishler practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation throughout a 25-state territory using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.

While in law school, Brett served as a legal intern for the Honorable Arnold L. New in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, First Judicial District of Pennsylvania and as a law clerk for Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Brett worked for a Philadelphia area defense firm where he focused primarily on personal injury defense and motor vehicle subrogation.
